Ganguly has been drafted into the 14-member Bengal squad here on Monday.

Initially, Sourav was about to play against Vidharbha, but since Bengal had already

reached semi-finals, so he opted out of that match.

Jagmohan Dalmiya, Cricket Association of Bengal President, will sit through the first day’s proceeding to be held in New Delhi.

Muttiah Muralitharan, the Sri Lankan star recruit of Bengal is also expected to turn up for the match to bolster the bowling attack.
